Returns and exchanges


All of my prints are custom made to order, especially for you. I hope that you will be really happy with your prints, but if there is a genuine problem please contact me within 14 days of receipt so that we can sort out a solution.

Because of the personalised nature of each print I can only accept returns and exchanges if the order arrives damaged or defective. If there is a mistake on my part I will, of course, make sure it is fixed and that you receive either a replacement or a refund of the cost of the print and shipping paid by you.

Please note that I cannot accept or refund returns made due to customs charges on international orders (see Duties and Taxes below). The purchaser is responsible for any taxes and duties required on delivery.

Time frames for returns or exchanges due to damage or defect:

  • Contact me within 14 days of receipt about any problem.
  • Where relevant, return products within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Refund (if applicable) will be provided within 14 days of return or earlier by agreement.

Duties and Taxes

Within Australia

  • Purchases within Australia are GST free.
  • I am registered as a sole trader with a low turnover and I am not required to collect GST. My Australian Business Number is ABN 33 915 176 399.

International orders – outside Australia

  • International orders are shipped delivery duty unpaid with postal clearance.
  • Customs declarations will be filled out correctly as required by law.
  • Purchasers are responsible for any customs, import taxes or duty payments required on arrival.
  • Refunds cannot be provided for orders returned due to unpaid duty or taxes on delivery.
  • Please contact your local customs office if you have questions about your country’s policies.

Order lost during shipping

 

  • Orders will be shipped with tracking wherever possible.
  • In the unlikely event that an order is proven to be lost in transit I will refund or replace the order and claim the insurance. 
  • If an order seems to be taking longer than expected please contact me to follow up.
