For years I have shared a free poster to celebrate Carers Week, which this year is held in Australia from 14 to 20 October. My annual posters came about as a result of my own experience as a mental health carer, and the website I created at https://caringtogetherproject.com nine years ago.

As other parts of my life have taken over (such as two paying jobs!) I have had to step back from that site a bit, but last week the call came out “Will you be sharing a poster for Carers Week Helen?” – so I thought I’d better give it a go.

It’s not the best artwork I have ever whipped up, but hopefully it shares a little happiness in the world. If nothing else it is certainly BRIGHT!!

The poster will be free to download by clicking here for non profit purposes until the end of Carers Week or whenever I remember to take it down. These Carers Week posters are about remembering to celebrate a special occasion that comes just once a year, so they don’t hang around and you have to be quick. If you want to know about next year’s edition (or give me a poke to remind me to do one) then you might want to subscribe to my updates!

Happy Carers Week to those unpaid carers, families and friends who support their loved ones. Thank you. You are priceless xx

Did you like this post? I'd love to know!
